After checking the precise data provided by the customer, we quickly adjusted the design of the bracelet, especially the hardware parts, which needed to be newly manufactured according to the new dimensions.

Our team then started to remake the bracelet and the whole process from design, production to assembly took only one week. Once the new strap was completed, we immediately shipped it to the customer via courier.

When the customer received the customized strap, he immediately went to the jewelry store for installation.
